These terms govern your use of the Elev8 platform operated by SuperScholar. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.
Account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials private. Don't share your account.
Subscriptions and payments
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Founders' Plus is a one-time lifetime payment, capped at 200 customers, non-transferable. Refunds available within 7 days of purchase for any reason.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape, redistribute, or resell our content. Don't share account access. Educators using our Tutor portal must have students consent to data sharing.
